Madison Ursillo

Madison Ursillo currently serves as a Customer Care Supervisor at BetMGM, following a role as a Customer Service Agent. In addition, Madison has been a Sales Planner at Terminix since April 2022, responsible for managing lead reports and customer scheduling issues. Madison has held a position as Awards Coordinator for Groove National Dance Competition, overseeing the organization of awards ceremonies and related logistics. Previous roles include Physical Therapy Technician at Collier Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center, Flexologist at StretchLab Franchise, Strength and Conditioning Coach at Florida SouthWestern State College, and an internship in Strength and Conditioning at Wagner College. Madison earned a degree in Exercise Science, with a focus on Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance, from Florida Gulf Coast University between 2016 and 2020.
