Ebenye Eugenie Nganji

Ebenye Eugenie Nganji is an experienced office manager currently working at betPawa since June 2022. Prior to this, Nganji served as an administrative assistant at FCIA Cameroun from January 2021 to April 2022, contributing to the Institute's mission of training caregivers for various demographics, including the elderly and children. Nganji has a background in customer service as a cabin crew member with Ethiopian Airlines from October 2017 to October 2019, where exceptional service and safety training were emphasized. Additional experience includes roles as a management assistant at RAZEL-BEC, focusing on recruitment and office management, as well as a public relations representative at Sheraiz Delightz. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development from the Institute of Commercial Management in England and certificates in Conflict Analysis and Negotiation from the United States Institute of Peace.
