Pieter de Smeth

Pieter de Smeth has extensive experience in software engineering and project management, currently serving as Projectmanager and Software Manager at Betronic B.V. since February 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing the software department and managing projects, with a specialization in three-phase motor control. Previous positions include Sr. Software Engineer and Software Engineer at the same company, with expertise in motor control, wireless and wired communication technologies. Prior to Betronic B.V., Pieter worked as a Software and PCB Engineer at Beijert Engineering from March 2006 to February 2008, focusing on PCB engineering and Delphi development. Pieter holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Inholland Alkmaar, obtained between 2004 and 2008, and completed a Havo degree in Nature and Technology at RSG Enkhuizen from 1999 to 2004.
