Steven Gregg-Rowbury

Steven Gregg-Rowbury is currently the Head of Policy, Practice, and Compliance at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Prior to this role, Steven served as the Head of Resourcing at HR and Wellbeing Business Services, where Steven managed recruitment, temporary staffing, and e-rostering. With experience in project management and account management at NHS organizations, Steven's focus has been on workforce management and planning solutions. Steven holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies from Chester University and a Masters in Business Management for Senior Leaders from the University of Chester.
