Julian Calleja has been working in the software engineering field since 2015. At Better.co.uk, Julian currently serves as the Software Engineer Team Lead, managing a team of 4 engineers and mentoring them to achieve their career goals. Prior to this, as a Senior Full-stack Engineer, Julian led the development of a passwordless magic-link system and a new user journey for house buyers. At rightmove.co.uk, Julian worked as a Front-end Engineer, developing a tool for estate agents and mentoring junior developers. Julian began their career at NexStreaming as a Software Engineer, where Julian developed an HTML5 video player SDK. Julian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
