Mariusz Kosmatka

Mariusz Kosmatka is a seasoned software engineer with a focus on product development and feature implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Better.co.uk since March 2022, Mariusz is involved in end-to-end feature development within a small, agile team and plays a key role in mentoring newcomers. Previously, Mariusz worked at BJSS as a Product Engineer, contributing to the replatforming of an e-commerce website into a microservice architecture. Mariusz also has experience as a C++ Software Engineer at both MThree Consulting and Amadeus IT, where responsibilities included supporting a product team in disruption and compensation strategies. Mariusz holds a PhD in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Hull.
