Javier Troncoso

Javier Troncoso currently serves as the Director of NA Media Sales - Advisor at Better Collective, focusing on revenue growth and media sales expansion in North America since September 2024. Previously, Javier acted as the Chief Operating Officer at Futbol Sites, which was acquired by Better Collective A/S, and held various executive positions including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer prior to the acquisition by Playmaker Capital Inc. As a co-founder and CEO of RedGol, Javier built multiple sports media properties, including DaleAlbo.cl, from the ground up. Javier’s entrepreneurial journey began at a young age, with several digital ventures, and was recognized with the Sony "Web de Webs" award at just 12 years old. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autónoma de Chile.
