Tamiris Soares is an HR Specialist at Better Collective since July 2023, having previously worked at VTEX as a Europe & US Core HR Analyst and US Core HR Analyst, alongside roles as a C-Level Administrative Assistant. Tamiris gained experience as an HR Business Partner Intern at L'Oréal from December 2020 to December 2021, and started a career as an International Mobility Intern at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology, focusing on expanding international partnerships.
