Tijana Aleksic

Tijana Aleksic is a finance professional with comprehensive experience in procure to pay processes and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Financial Controller Associate at Better Collective since November 2021, Tijana has previously held roles as a Finance Associate and Finance Assistant within the same company. Prior to this, Tijana worked as a Finance Analyst at Pobeda plus doo from July 2020 to October 2021. Tijana holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Niš, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from the same institution, obtained in 2020. Academic foundations were laid at the Economic School, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2015.
