Thor Möger Pedersen

Thor Möger Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and organizations. Thor Möger is currently working as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Better Energy, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at AquaGreen, an intelligent and sustainable biomass treatment company starting in 2021. From 2019 to 2022, Thor held multiple roles at COWI, including Senior Director of Group Business Development and Green Transition and Sustainability, as well as Vice President of Economics and Management. In addition, they have served on the board of Vækstfonden and DI - Dansk Industri, with roles as a Board Member spanning from 2020 to 2022 and 2020 to 2021 respectively. Thor also had experience working in the political arena, holding positions such as Department Head and Development Manager at Socialdemokratiet from 2014 to 2019. Furthermore, they worked as a Debate Host at DR - Danmarks Radio in 2012 and served as the Tax Minister at Skatteministeriet from 2011 to 2012. Thor's earlier experience includes roles in the SF - Socialistisk Folkeparti, where they served as Vice Chairman, Strategic Advisor, and Campaign Leader, and at SF Ungdom as the Secretary General.

Thor Möger Pedersen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Business Finance from Aalborg University in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2013. Additionally, they completed their Studentereksamen from Frederiksborg Gymnasium in 2004.
