Inna Karyeva

Inna Karyeva has extensive experience in the health care and management sectors, currently serving as the COO of National Products at Better Health Group. Previously, Karyeva held multiple executive roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Vice President of Risk Product and positions in Medicare Advantage Strategy and Operations as well as Strategic Initiatives Chief of Staff at OptumCare. Karyeva began the career at Evolent Health as an Associate Director in Health Plan Product Development and progressed through various roles, including Engagement Manager and Associate Program Manager. Karyeva completed a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at The Wharton School from 2016 to 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
