Marlo Mellis

Marlo (Palumbo) Mellis is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development at Better Health Group since June 2022. Prior roles include Manager of Training and Development at Physician Partners and extensive experience at Centene Corporation from March 2009 to July 2022, where Marlo held several positions culminating as a Sr. HR Specialist in Talent Management and Leadership Development. During a merger with Centene, Marlo contributed to leadership training initiatives and executed successful Leadership Roadmaps. Earlier experience includes work as a Sr. HR Business Partner and Training Specialist at Baxter Healthcare from 2000 to 2008. Marlo holds a BS in HR Management from Florida State University and an Associate in Science from St. Petersburg College.
