Susan Coatar

Susan Coatar serves as Chief of Staff at Better Health Group since January 2022, and previously held notable positions at Centene Corporation, including Vice President, Senior Manager, and Compliance Analyst from June 2016 to December 2021. Prior experience includes directing public engagement activities at the St. Louis Regional Health Commission and serving as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs at FOCUS St. Louis. Early career roles include an internship with the United States Senate and a fellowship at the UCLA Volunteer Center, where significant community service initiatives were organized. Educational credentials consist of a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from UCLA, and additional business and travel study certifications from prominent institutions.
