Mathew Cybul is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in acquisition and investment management. Currently serving as Acquisition Director and Chief of Staff at Merge since January 2022, Mathew focuses on assisting small business owners in securing optimal buyers, representing sellers' interests, and managing the acquisition process. Additionally, as a Partner at Monday Collective, Mathew engages in acquiring and scaling creative service-based businesses. With previous roles at Macquarie Group and Barclays, including structured financing and bank debt management, as well as an analytical position at J.P. Morgan, Mathew brings a robust financial background. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Emory University.
