Audia James

Audia James is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and military training. Currently serving as a Utilization Manager at Better Home Healthcare of GA since April 2017, Audia prepares performance reports and recommends process modifications. As the Owner of Chosen Bath & Body Inc since January 2018, Audia manages a growing bath and body manufacturing business. Audia has also held multiple roles at Better Home Health Care GA since December 2015, including Therapist and Site Manager, focusing on client counseling, staff leadership, and operational efficiency. Prior military experience includes roles as Training Coordinator and Work Center Supervisor in the US Navy, where Audia coordinated training programs and managed technical operations. Audia holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Xavier University.
