Janae Court

Janae Court is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community development and member success. Currently serving as a Member Success Advisor at Better Impact Inc. since May 2022, Janae previously held the role of Community Development Worker at the Social Planning and Research Council of Hamilton from August 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, Janae was a Cooksmart Instructor at COOKSMART for a brief period in mid-2019. Janae also contributed to the Students' Human Ecology Association as Vice President of Family Studies from September 2017 to May 2019 and as Public Relations Coordinator from September 2016 to May 2017. Janae's academic background includes a Master of Leadership and Community Engagement from York University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a focus on Family Studies, alongside a Certificate in Community Development from Brescia University College.
