Rob Bonesteel

Rob Bonesteel is the Member Success Team Manager at Better Impact. Rob has previous experience as a consultant, corporate relations manager, gift advisor, volunteer coordinator, and office administrator. In their role as the Volunteer Services Bureau Director at The Salvation Army, they were responsible for managing financial, in-kind, and volunteer donations. Rob also implemented and conducted refugee educational trainings.

Rob Bonesteel has a Bachelor of Arts in Rob'story and Military Rob'story from Northern Illinois University. Rob also has certificates in Volunteer Management from Hamline University and Washington State University. Rob is certified in Volunteer Administration from the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration.
