Tony De Litta, SHRM-CP has a long and varied work history. Tony began their career in 2003 as a Lead Cashier for Gap Inc./Banana Republic. Tony then moved to Forever 21 in 2004, where they were a Co Manager, and then to Chas. Levy Circulating in 2005, where they were a Regional Manager. In 2006, they became a Store Manager for Goodwill Industries International, and in 2007 they were a Foreman for Hansen Architectural Systems. In 2008, they began working for Behavior Resources as a Behavior Specialist, and also for Axiom Medical, where they held various roles, including Operations Manager, U.S. Area Manager, Area Manager for On-Site Productions, COVID-19 Compliance Officer (C19CO) / Health Safety Supervisor, and HR Generalist - Recruiting. In 2022, they began their current role as Head of Central Operations for Better Life Partners.
