Michael Votto

Michael Votto is an accomplished entrepreneur and legal professional with extensive experience in the wine and beverage industry, financial services, and technology. As Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Votto Vines Importing since 2009, Votto Vines became the first wine importing firm to be recognized on Forbes’ Most Promising Companies in America and the Inc. 5000 list. Simultaneously serving as General Counsel for Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors, which manages approximately $30 billion in assets, Votto also provides angel investment and advisory services to companies such as Better Rhodes and Truepic. Votto’s earlier legal career includes roles at Goodwin Procter LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, specializing in real estate finance. Academically, Votto holds a JD from Syracuse University College of Law, a BA in History from Union College, and has completed a program in Venture Capital and Private Equity at Columbia Business School.
