Douglas Sloan is a seasoned professional in the field of impact investing and venture capital, currently serving as Co-Founder of ImpactVC since May 2022, where the focus is on leveraging venture capital to address global challenges and create positive social and environmental outcomes. In addition, Douglas holds the position of Managing Director, Impact Venture at Better Society Capital, leading efforts to support impactful startups and foster an ecosystem that addresses social issues through innovative funding. With prior experience as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and a background in various roles at Better Society Capital, including Investment Director and Investment Manager, Douglas has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing impact through strategic investment. Education includes a BA in History and Economics from the University of Oxford.
