Bill Fischer

Bill Fischer is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Better since February 2023, Bill has a robust background that includes key leadership roles at Homepoint from January 2015 to March 2023, where Bill held titles including Senior Managing Director - Chief Accounting Officer and Managing Director - Controller/CAO. Prior to Homepoint, Bill worked as VP of Finance at The Bank of Princeton and as AVP, Accounting Manager at Roma Bank. Additional experience includes positions at PHH Corporation in technical accounting and financial reporting, as well as a role as Senior Auditor at Deloitte. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey, obtained in 2002.
