Joel Graber

Joel Graber is an experienced professional in the finance and underwriting sectors, currently serving as Head of Operations and Head of Underwriting at Better since March 2020. Previously, Joel held the positions of Vice President of Underwriting and Director of Underwriting at loanDepot from December 2015 to February 2020. Prior to that, Joel worked at Provident Funding Associates L.P. from 2005 to December 2015, where roles included Regional Underwriting Manager, San Diego Area Manager, Branch Manager, and Loan Underwriter & Loan Closer. Joel holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, completed between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained from 2001 to 2005.
