Lex Brijmohan

Lex Brijmohan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as the Lead Systems Administrator at Better since April 2021, Lex provides level 3 support for over 13,000 users in the USA and India while leading IT technicians in deployments and escalations. Previously, Lex spent nearly 14 years at Apple in various roles, including Lead Genius and AppleCare At-Home Lead Advisor, where responsibilities included overseeing technical teams, managing customer interactions, and delivering expert support for Apple products. Earlier experience includes positions at Best Buy as a Geek Squad agent and at Lexmark as a Retail Specialist. Lex holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Lehman College and an Associate's degree in Computer Technology from ASA College.
