Neeraj Hasija

Neeraj Hasija is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Director of Operations at Better since June 2021. Previously, Neeraj held the role of Business Head for North India and Head of Growth at Flipspaces, successfully establishing a new territory and exceeding sales targets while managing key enterprise clients, including Google and P&G. As Co-Founder of Terracotta Capabilities LLP, Neeraj developed and implemented a life skills curriculum, positively impacting over 5000 students across leading schools. Additional experience includes managing the in-school program at Arsenal Soccer Schools India and contributing to business development at FC Pune City during its inaugural season in the Indian Super League. Neeraj's background also includes consulting roles at Aon Hewitt and EY, along with a robust educational foundation featuring a PGDM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
