Yashika Passi

Yashika Passi is an experienced Operations Manager at Better, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 10 and driving key performance indicators, as well as training new team members for effective integration. Prior to this, Yashika served as an Operations Analyst, auditing mortgage files and managing team-wide queues. Yashika's previous experience at RBS as a Senior Operations Analyst involved handling project migrations and ensuring compliance with risk and governance, while also processing and auditing transactions to meet performance metrics. Yashika is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Honours at Delhi University.
