Sarah Tarvin has a diverse work experience in customer success and financial analysis. Sarah started their career as an Associate Financial Analyst at Medtronic in 2015 and later became a Financial Analyst. In 2017, they joined Litera Microsystems as a Customer Success Manager, and then quickly advanced to become a Lead Customer Success Manager. Sarah then moved to cleverbridge in 2018, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager in Strategic Markets. In 2019, Sarah joined BetterCloud as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts and later took on roles as the Interim Director and Director of Customer Success for Strategic Accounts. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success, overseeing Strategic, Enterprise, and Corporate Accounts at BetterCloud.
Sarah Tarvin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Bethel University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they also completed a European Study Abroad program in International Business at Bethel University. In 2021, they earned a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design and became a BetterCloud Certified Administrator. In 2020, they completed the BetterCloud Administrator Fundamentals Course.
