David Orrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and organizational culture. Currently serving as the VP of Client Success at BetterCulture since March 2021, David focuses on enhancing workplace environments through cultural products, leadership training, and executive consulting. Prior to this role, David founded DIBS for Kids, and also contributed to education as a First Grade Teacher with Teach for America. David's earlier career included a role as Manager of Business Development at National Research Corporation, where efforts were made to enter the Health Insurance market. David holds a BSD in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
