Alan Calderon

Alan Calderon is an experienced project manager and academic with a strong background in electronics and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Betterez since March 2021, Alan oversees the implementation of a cloud-based SaaS platform for clients in the bus industry across North America, South America, and Europe, managing projects from planning through execution to successful delivery. Previously, Alan held roles as an Associate Professor at CETYS Universidad, teaching courses in RF Systems Design and Microwave Transmission Engineering, and has worked as a Project Engineer at ThumbSat Inc, developing satellite instrumentation and ground stations. With a PhD in Electronics and Telecommunications, Alan has also contributed to nano-satellite design as a Technical Consultant at CICESE and has experience in electrical testing from earlier work at Rapid Manufacturing.
