Gustavo Vinueza

Gustavo Vinueza has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Gustavo is currently the Director of Data at Betterfly, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Analytics at the same company from January 2022 to March 2023.

In addition to their work at Betterfly, Gustavo has also worked as a Professor of Data Analytics at EBAC - Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas e Tecnologia since May 2022 and as an Adjunct Professor at ESPAE Graduate School of Management - ESPOL since January 2022.

Gustavo Vinueza has a diverse education history. Gustavo holds a Major in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Cuenca, obtained between 1993 and 1998. Gustavo pursued further education in the field of Finance, completing a Master's degree at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2008 to 2009. Gustavo also obtained an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2005. Gustavo furthered their knowledge in project management by completing a Project Management Diploma at ITESM Ecuador in 2013.

In recent years, Gustavo focused on developing their expertise in technology and business. Gustavo attended the University of Texas at Austin from 2020 to 2021, earning a diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Gustavo undertook the Accelerate Executive Program at IE Business School from 2018 to 2019, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they completed a Programa Ejecutivo en Fintech & Digital Banking at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 2019.

To enhance their skills and knowledge, Gustavo has also pursued various certifications.
