María Sol de Cabo

María Sol De Cabo has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. María Sol is currently the Chief People Officer at Betterfly, a purpose-driven collective wellbeing platform. Prior to this, they held the position of Global VP of People & Culture at Betterfly, where they played a role in establishing the company as the first social unicorn in Latin America. María has also worked as a member of Red de Recursos Humanos and Startup Mentor at Start-Up Chile by Corfo. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member at the Cambridge Business Association and as a member of REDMAD, a network for women in leadership positions. María Sol previously worked as the HR Director Latin America at NotCo, a food tech firm, and held various senior HR roles at Natura. Earlier in their career, María worked as an Analyst of Senior Compensation at BBVA Francés and as a Senior Management Control Specialist at MAPFRE.

María Sol De Cabo has a diverse education history. María Sol completed a short-term program in Leadership in Innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2021. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a degree in Ontological Coaching from the Newfield Network. In 2013 and 2014, they earned a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Buenos Aires. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the same university. Additionally, they attended the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella for the HR Executive Program in Human Resources Development in 2015.
