Kellie Baker has extensive experience in learning and development roles, starting as a Professor's Assistant at De Anza College in 2015. Kellie moved on to teaching assistant roles at Pioneer High School and Saratoga High School in 2017. Kellie then worked as a Lead Mentor and Research Associate at BETA Lab, UC Davis before transitioning to the role of Community and Support Manager at BetterHelp in 2018. Kellie then progressed to Learning Program Manager and Associate Program Manager, Training and Content at BetterHelp.com. Kellie also served as Learning and Development Manager at Curology before returning to BetterHelp.com as Associate Director, Learning and Development for Service Success.
Kellie Baker completed their Associate's Degree in Psychology at De Anza College from 2013 to 2016. Kellie then pursued a major in Psychology with a minor in education at the University of California, Davis from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they obtained the Question Persuade Refer Suicide Prevention certification from the QPR Institute, followed by the Adobe Captivate Essential Training certification from LinkedIn in 2019.
