Agata Kuflewicz, PCC

Agata Kuflewicz, PCC has been working in the professional world since 2000. Agata began as a Chinese Interpreter for Freelance in 2000, then worked as a Brand Manager and Sourcing Specialist for Inter-Vion (La Bross et Dupont) from 2004-2007. From 2007-2013, they served as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager for Selena. In 2012, they were a Coaching Courses Leader for The Coaches Training Institute, and since 2019 they have been an Executive Coach for BetterManager.

Agata Kuflewicz has an extensive education history. In 1993, they earned their Master's degree in Sinology from the University of Warsaw. From 2006 to 2007, they attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and obtained a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2010, they completed Advanced Corporate Coaching Training (Progress U), Professional Corporate Coaching Training (Progress U), and a Cross Cultural Coaching Seminar (Philippe Rosinski). In 2011, they completed CTI Coaching Training, CTI Leadership Training, and a CTI coaching certification program, for which they earned their CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification. In 2014, they completed Clean Coaching Poland Training. In 2020, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu and a Mental Health Consultant certification from Brief Solution Focused Therapy Course and Certification. In October 2022, they are expected to earn their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation and their Consultant License in the Brief Solution Focused Therapy from the Polish Association of Therapist in the Brief Solution Focused Approach.
