Andrea Fleischfresser, MCC

Andrea Fleischfresser, MCC has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of leadership coaching, human resources, and organizational development. Andrea began their career in 2001 as a Human Resources Generalist for GI Group. In 2018, they joined BetterUp as a Leadership Fellow Coach and Group Coach. From 2019 to present, they have held leadership coaching roles at AceUp, The Women's Impact Alliance (formerly The Coaching Fellowship), Droste Group, MoovOne, and Dion Leadership. In 2022, they joined BetterManager as an Executive Leadership Coach. In 2014, they founded Destination You Coaching & Development, which helps leaders and organizations develop global leadership skills, cross-cultural awareness, and professional success.

Andrea Fleischfresser, MCC has a diverse education background. In 1998, they earned a Master's Degree in Human Resourses Management from Epoché Services Integrator. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 1995-1998. In 2016-2017, they attended the Co-Active Training Institute and completed a Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, in 2015, they earned a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach certification from The Co-Active Training Institute.

In 2021, Andrea began their studies at CRR Global - ORSC for ORSC@Work, Organization & Relationship Systems at Work. Andrea is also scheduled to complete a Team Coaching Certification from Team Coaching International - TCI in 2022.

Furthermore, Andrea has obtained a number of certifications from various institutions.
