Beatriz Antonello Nicolau, CPCC, PCC has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Beatriz Antonello began their career in 2000 as an HR Specialist for BankBoston (Bank of America Group), where they served as an Organization and Talent Development Specialist for Corporate Banking and Capital Markets, as well as a Compensation Specialist. In 2004, they moved to Natura Cosmetics as an HR Generalist. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Avon. In 2017, they joined Lee Hecht Harrison as an Executive Coach, Talent Development Consultant, and Facilitator, coaching leaders from different countries and industries and supporting Talent Development initiatives. In 2019, they became an Executive Coach and Master Class Facilitator at BetterManager, working with leaders from different industries across the US. In 2021, they began working as an Independent Consultant at Korn Ferry. Beatriz Antonello also runs their own consulting business, BNicolau Consulting, where they serve as an Organizational Development Consultant and Leadership & Career Coach.

Beatriz Antonello Nicolau holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from New York University, a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
