Olivier Varteressian

Olivier founded BetterManager France in 2020. As CEO, he oversees the Business Development in France and supports referral agents in Poland and Morocco.

Olivier was previously a Director of Human Resources in the Automotive Industry as well as in a Digital Company. Graduated from Centrale Nantes Engineering School, Olivier is also a professional coach.

He is a member of the National Association of HR Directors and leads the Training / Employment policy for MEDEF (largest French employer’s union) in Normandy.

In his spare time, Olivier is an amateur astronomer and loves taking pictures of a starry night.
