Siham ElFakir

Siham ElFakir has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Siham began their career as a Category Brand Manager at Akwa Group, where they increased sales, market share, and brand recognition through the successful development and launch of two new lubricant brands. Siham also served as the Press Manager for the Timitar Festival, which was part of their Akwa Group assignment. In 2009, they joined Nestlé as a Senior Brand Manager, turning around the category business and achieving over 15% growth. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Selfco Consulting & Coaching as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Leadership Coach PCC, and Female Leadership Facilitator, Coach, and Designer. Here, they designed and facilitated global, innovative, and engaging online workshops and training, as well as developed and facilitated virtual programs to empower women. In 2019, they joined Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) as a SIY Certified Teacher, teaching and facilitating the Search Inside Yourself program. In 2021, they began working at BetterManager as a Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Consultant and Executive Coach PCC, and in 2022 they joined Hone as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Facilitator. Siham is also a board member for the International Coach Federation France.
