Sue Abuelsamid

Sue Abuelsamid has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1998 when they were a Teacher at the American School of Quito in Quito, Ecuador. In 2001, they moved to Canada and became a Teacher/Administrator at the Banff Mountain Academy. In 2002, they founded Kicking Horse Gear Exchange in Golden, BC. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Realtor at Century 21 Kootenay Homes Inc., providing premium customer service while helping clients make decisions about their future. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Facilitator at SNR Schouten Global B.V., where they facilitated training courses aimed at building capacity in communication and leadership. In 2016, they were a Coach Training Leader at Anne Arundel Community College. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Executive Coach at BetterManager. Since 2019, they have been an External Consultant for Leadership Development at Refinery. Additionally, since 2011, they have been a Coach and Leadership Development Specialist and Professional Speaker at Constant Journey Coaching.

Sue Abuelsamid's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology and Physical and Health Education from Queen's University (1987-1992), a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto (1995-1996), a Co-Active Leadership Program from the Coaches Training Institute (2015), a Co-Active Coaching program from the Coaches Training Institute (2011-2014), and a Real Estate Licensing Course from the Sauder School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from The EQ Development Group (EQ-i & EQ 360 Certification, 2021), The Leadership Circle (Leadership Circle 360 Profile, 2016), the International Coach Federation (Professional Certified Coach (PCC), 2016), and the Coaches Training Institute (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, 2016).
