Chelsey Lubin

Chelsey Lubin has had a diverse work experience in various roles related to client experience and success. Chelsey is currently working as the Sr. Director of Client Experience at Betterment, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Client Experience at Sequoia Consulting Group from 2022 to 2023. Chelsey also has experience in senior director and director roles at Andela, Butterfly.ai, and Namely, where they were responsible for overseeing client services, client success, and client support.
