Nick Fast

Nick Fast, QKC, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of 401(k) Compliance at Betterment since May 2022, after previously holding the position of 401(k) Compliance Manager. Prior to this role, Nick Fast worked at Alliance Pension Consultants, LLC from October 2013 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing the Retirement Plan Services Team and serving as a Pension Administrator. In the latter capacity, Nick Fast focused on ensuring plan sponsors' objectives were met through skilled management of retirement plan design and administration, including calculations, government filings, and nondiscrimination testing guidance. Nick Fast holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Indiana Wesleyan University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
