Robert Krupa

Robert Krupa, CPC has extensive experience in the field of benefits and compliance. Robert currently serves as the Head of 401(k) Compliance at Betterment since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as an Associate Director in Benefits Advisory and Compliance from October 2018 to October 2021. Robert also served as a Pension Administrator at Alliance Pension Consultants, LLC from August 2013 to October 2018 and at Correll Co. from January 2012 to August 2013.

Robert Krupa, CPC, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Robert also holds a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) certification from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, which they obtained in January 2016. Additionally, Robert has expressed an intention to pursue further certifications, such as the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) certifications from the same institution.
