Thomas Bajis

Thomas Bajis is an experienced engineering manager and iOS engineer with a strong background in mobile application development and materials science. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Betterment since January 2022, Thomas previously held roles as a Senior Mobile Engineer and an iOS Engineer at Compass and Capital One, respectively. At Capital One, responsibilities included architecting and building consumer-facing features for the credit card line of business. Prior experience includes positions as a Materials Scientist and Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center and an intern at ArcelorMittal, where Thomas focused on innovative manufacturing processes and quality assurance in materials science. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
