Tiara B. has over 16 years of sales experience in the medical device industry. Tiara began their career in 2004 as an Outside/Inside Sales Representative at Institute of Sleep and Wellness. In 2008, they moved to Nationwide Medical, Inc. as a National Accounts Manager of Medical Devices, where they were responsible for bringing on new accounts, maintaining current accounts, and conducting and hosting introductions to staff regarding processes. In 2015, they became an Outside Sales Territory Manager at REM SLEEP LABS, followed by a Territory Manager role at Classic SleepCare, LLC in 2016. In 2019, they moved to AdaptHealth as a Territory Sales Manager, and in 2020 they began working as a Territory Sales Manager for BetterNight, where they are responsible for sales of CPAP/Bipap and working with family care, PCP, pulmonologists, and sleep labs and hospitals.

Tiara B. received their BS in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Governors University in 2018 and their Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Moorpark College.
