Péter Szertics

Péter Szertics is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both psychology and agile project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at betterplace.org since October 2021, Péter has previously held similar roles at NNG LLC and Telekom HU, where responsibilities included facilitating IT development ceremonies, teaching agile methodologies, and facilitating organizational transformations. With a background as an HR Diagnostics Expert at Deutsche Telekom, Péter has honed skills in moderating assessment centers and presenting managerial recommendations. Additionally, experience as a consultant and psychologist involved executing assessment projects, providing training in various areas such as communication and conflict management, and leading therapy groups for adolescents. Péter holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Teaching Psychology from Debreceni Egyetem.
