Vikas Jethnani

Vikas Jethnani has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Vikas is currently the Vice President of Engineering at BetterPlace, a position they have held since April 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Engineering at BetterPlace from November 2020 to April 2022. Prior to their role at BetterPlace, Vikas was an Engineering Manager at airtel X Labs from April 2020 to November 2020.

Before their tenure at airtel X Labs, Vikas co-founded Fabulyst in January 2016 and served as the Co-Founder and technology team head. Vikas played a key role in designing and implementing Fabulyst's technology. Vikas held this position until February 2020.

In 2014, Vikas co-founded Doctl, where they were involved in product research and design, customer interaction and onboarding, as well as exploring investment and partnership opportunities. Vikas held this position until December 2015.

Vikas's earlier experience includes working at Microsoft as an SDE II in the Bing Local Search team from July 2012 to June 2013. Vikas was responsible for query analysis, result benchmarking, and writing distributed jobs using CosmosDB and Scope. Vikas also worked at Adobe Systems as a Senior Software Developer from January 2010 to January 2012, where they developed an automated system for scripting exposure of an archaic SDK for Adobe FrameMaker. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at Adobe Systems from June 2008 to January 2010, where they designed and implemented a python prototype for the same system.

From 2004 to 2008, Vikas Jethnani attended the Indian Institute Of Information Technology Allahabad where they pursued a BTech degree in Information Technology.
