Duke Daehling is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and talent management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President at BetterUp since August 2019, Duke contributes to the company's mission of driving human transformation through innovative coaching and technology. Prior to this role, Duke spent nearly two decades at IBM, ascending through various leadership positions including Partner in Global Business Services, Director of Talent Management, and Managing Director for EMEA.
