Jacob Silverman is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at BetterUp since May 2021, Jacob focuses on hiring for Go To Market teams, encompassing roles such as Account Executives and Customer Success leaders. Prior to this role, Jacob was recognized as Talent Acquisition Consultant of the Year at SThree, where notable achievements included the fastest promotion in department history and a track record of high offer acceptance rates. Jacob has also held senior recruitment positions at PharMed Consultants, and Atlas Search, and co-founded Atlas Scientific, significantly contributing to business growth and operational management.
