Kira Laktionov

Kira Laktionov is an accomplished design professional with a robust background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at BetterUp since January 2022, Kira has excelled in enhancing manager experiences and driving product innovation through user research and strategic roadmaps. Kira's previous experience includes roles as Chief Designer at Aninix Inc and Senior Interaction Designer at TomTom, where notable contributions included designing user interfaces for in-vehicle infotainment systems and leading comprehensive UX processes for next-gen navigation products. Additional roles encompass Senior UX Designer positions at MacPaw Inc. and Star, along with mentoring web design courses at Projector Institute. Kira began a design career in Ukraine and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pryazovsky State Technical University.
