Natalie Miller-Snell

Natalie Miller-Snell is the founder, coach, and mentor at NMS Coaching, specializing in professional and personal coaching, confidence, and authentic leadership coaching, alongside serving as a corporate event speaker and store development consultant since July 2020. As a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp since October 2021, Natalie has also held prominent roles in various companies, including Project Management & Planning at The Rug Company, Senior Manager and Coach at Burberry, and Head of Branch Development at The Change Group International. Previously, as the Director of Store Development at Hackett London from November 2013 to May 2019, management of a significant capital spend and a robust project portfolio was undertaken. Additional roles include Head of Store Development at Warnaco - Calvin Klein and Senior Project Manager at Aurora Fashions Ltd. Natalie's career in project management began at Arcadia Group Ltd, followed by a tenure at PT Projects. Natalie holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick, obtained in 1997.
