Rob Smith

Rob Smith is the General Manager of Government at BetterUp, where he helps government leaders and employees achieve their missions.

Rob brings over 30 years of experience leading Government business units and sales teams, and he has capabilities in mission areas such as Human Resource Transformation, Enterprise Change Management, HRIS Implementation, and Enterprise SaaS Solutions. He's been a successful entrepreneur, helped build and sell companies, and prepared Government business units for pre- and post-IPO business performance.

Rob holds a B.S. in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University and a Masters in HRD from The George Washington University.
