Svetlana Dimovski, PhD, PCC, NBC-HWC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting and transformational coaching. As Co-Founder and CEO of Dharma Growth LLC since October 2016, Svetlana specializes in fostering exceptional self-awareness for clients facing high-stakes situations. In addition, Svetlana serves as a Premier Fellow Coach with BetterUp and has held various leadership roles, including Executive Coach at Sublime Shift Transformation Studio and Vice President of Transformation Lab at Pact. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Drexel University, Svetlana combines expertise in coaching, organizational leadership, and innovation across multiple industries.
